What Foamy Says about Halloween is True. My town has been Ruined by the Mess of Children in 'CUTE' Costumes So guess what me and my friends do. We Dress up as Vampires and Hang from the Roof or somthing and scare the SHIT out of them while their parents yell at us. and its ALL for FOAMY!!!
